The villa has a lounge with dining area, family room and fully fitted kitchen (American fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, range cooker and microwave). There's a breakfast nook for informal dining. There are 2 master bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities, queen-size beds and TV. Two further twin bedrooms, both with TVs share a third bathroom. The lounge has a 32" flatscreen TV and DVD player and the family room has 40" flatscreen SMART TV with DVD player and there is a Playstation 2. A fully fitted games room has pool table and foosball table. There is a laundry room with full-size American washing machine and tumble dryer. Patio doors lead from the breakfast nook onto the pool deck with padded sun loungers and a dining suite for al-fresco dining. The 28' x 14' private heated pool boasts a separate spa/jacuzzi. The villa has been personally furnished to a very high standard. WiFi and towels/linens are included.
