Welcome to our Luxury Orlando villa near to Disney with plenty of amenities
Property description
We have owned our 4 bed/3 bath villa for 7 years now and chose this one because of its close proximity to Disney. Previous guests have enjoyed the privacy and quiet that our villa offers as well as the facilities and the closeness to Disney. We have a number of regular repeat guests that return year after year. The villa is suitalbe for either a family or 2 families as there are 2 ensuite bedrooms and 2 twins.
We regulalry visit the villa to ensure it is kep smart, clean and updated and we have made a number of enhancements since we purchased it in early 2010.

- All linens and towels – yes including pool towels
- Safe and fully alarmed with Schlage keypad entry
- Fully air conditioned plus ceiling fans
- 2 Master Ensuite bedrooms
- 40 inch LED TV in family room plus LED TVs in all bedrooms
- Games Room with pool table and foosball
- Larger than normal (32 feet by 16 feet) private and fully fenced south-west facing pool with spa
- Pool heating available for an additional cost
- Child safety fence and alarmed doors onto the pool area
- Pushchair, Highchair and travel cot for our younger guests
- Wheelchair available for use
- Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
- Non-smoking villa
- We visit the villa at least once a year to ensure that everything is in order and to keep it updated
Also as regular travellers we can offer tips on things to do and are more than happy to answer any questions
