How does VillaAGoGo make money?
There are options available to upgrade your photos if you wish for a small fee. We are currently working on additional upgrades which will be available soon but these are optional. You do not have to purchase any upgrades, a basic listing is entirely free!
Is it really free to advertise my property?
Yes! We do not charge you to advertise your property with VillaAGoGo. You can add your property for free with no annual subscription fees, no hidden charges and no commission. We also don’t charge you a service charge or any booking fees.
I would like to add my property to the website, how do I do this?
You can list your property for free by filling out the registration form here: http://www.villaagogo.com/add-property
Once the form is filled in we will then ask you to confirm your email address. Once you have confirmed your registration you will be able to add all your property information. It couldn’t be easier!
How can I increase the number of images on my listing?
You can increase the number of images on your listing by purchasing one of our photo packages once you have registered.
Where is villaAGoGo based?
We are a Manchester based company in the UK.
Is villaAGoGo affiliated with any other companies?
We are completely independent from other Online Travel Agencies as well as being privately owned and incorporated.
I have a query regarding my property listing, who can I contact?

All enquiries relating to your booking can be answered by the owner of the property. You will need to contact the owner directly.
Who manages the enquires from and bookings made via the website?
All enquiries and bookings received or made via the website will be managed by the property owner. VillaAGoGo are not responsible for enquiries and bookings and no payments are made or processed through our website.
Why have you removed my listing?
If we believe that your listing is fake, offensive or generally violates the terms and conditions of the website we will remove it from the site at our discretion and without notice. If you wish to dispute the removal of your listing please contact customer services at: firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time without charge. If you wish to cancel your listing please contact us at email@example.com and let us know from which date you would like your cancellation to be effective from.
